Aerobics

LAND AEROBICS: Whether you are an inactive person interested in getting fit or an athlete looking for a training edge, our aerobics are the place to start. We offer a variety of challenging classes including circuit training, step aerobics, abdominal strengthening and stretching/relaxation taught by our certified instructors. A typical class will last from 45 to 60 minutes with the appropriate time devoted to warm-up, cool-down, and stretching routines. Let off a little steam!!

WATER AEROBICS: Water aerobics is a form of aerobic activity that is conducted in the swimming pool. Water aerobics causes very little stress on the joints compared to other types of aerobic exercises. A typical water aerobic workout will last from 45 to 60 minutes, with the appropriate time devoted to warm-up, cool-down, and stretching routines. Because of the water’s resistance, water exercise also can improve your strength and flexibility, leading to better muscular endurance and balance. Any fitness level or age is welcome to attend our water aerobics classes taught by our certified instructors. Come in for a splash!!
