FIT EXPRESS:   A 60 minute mixer class;  toning, step interval & circuit;  WHEW!

MIXER:  Instructor's choice.  Guaranteed to make you sweat!

PILATES:  45 minutes of stretching and strength to elongate muscles and improve

core strength for overall health.  Class size is limited.

POWER SCULPT:  A workout designed to tone problem areas, decrease fat, and enhance lean muscle.
