MIXER:  Instructor's choice.  Guaranteed to make you sweat!

 

POWER PUMP:  Resistance training class that will challenge both men and women alike!  Training features super-set style weight and resistance exercises that are certain to push you to that next level of fitness!

 

INTERVAL:  An ever changing mix of cardio and toning exercises that trick your body into a leaner, toner physique.  This is fun and motivating class will change moves every 4-6 weeks in order to avoid that frustrating fitness 'plateau'!

 

BUTTS & GUTTS:  45 minute class including toning of abdominal and gluteal areas to really push you into addressing the common problem areas!

20/20: 20 minutes of cardio plus 20 minutes of strength training.

POWER PACING: Challenge yourself while traveling through valleys, flats and hills with this stationary spin workout. This class accommodates multiple levels of fitness.

PILATES:   It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.

SilverSneakers ®: 

Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

 

BLAST:  High intense cardio with active resistance training to blast calories and bust plateaus.  Blast will focus on athletic movements and basic combinations that push the cardiovascular system and strengthen muscles.  Low impact modifications will be demonstrated.
